Maintenance Overview
Since joining our management in 2023, MY Pangea has seen a significant increase in technical value through targeted refit, mechanical upgrades and systematic maintenance.
Between 2023–2024, major corrective works were completed on propulsion, machinery and technical systems, including vibration elimination, engine room refits, structural repairs and superstructure paintworks. Interior upgrades, tender and toy servicing and full safety and flag compliance were also carried out.
The 2024–2025 maintenance cycle focused on preventive and heavy mechanical works. Both generators were fully overhauled to zero hours, main engines and gearboxes serviced and fuel and waste tanks cleaned, resealed and repaired were necessary.
Further upgrades were completed across electrical, navigation, air conditioning, plumbing and safety systems.
MY Pangea is currently undergoing a winter maintenance cycle in preparation for the 2026 charter season, ensuring optimal performance, condition and guest comfort.
